It visually expressed how one could be drowning deeply in love with someone, and the struggle to get the feelings out! As he continued to profess his emotions that he was experiencing for her it really touched me- because it is very relatable... The entire MV and song worked together beautifully and whimsically.

The most impressive scenes for me were at the beginning when Woo Sung was inside the taxi, before he crashed and the little fish appears. I think he was trying to warn him about the accident (the fish was also really cute)And also when he is under the sea singing and then he is inside the taxi and the girl is driving (maybe as if she was taking him to heaven), it was so magical like a fairy tale, those scenes were really gorgeous to me

Contrast, Chaos, and Whimsy
My favorite scene in the Dimples MV is right in the beginning after Woosung gets into the taxi. The camera work is really well done, and the scene is set so beautifully in my opinion. To me it represents the whimsical nature of the MV (the fish) and sets the tone for the rest of the video. I also love the abrupt change from calm (getting into the taxi, seeing the fish) to chaos (shattering glass) because it is such a strong visual contrast, and it shows how quickly things can change. Also, the camera angles during this scene are exquisite in framing the picture so that we see what we're supposed to see in order to comprehend the story that is unfolding within the video.

As a film fanatic this music video speaks for itself it has tremendously breathtaking scenes through the course of video and one scene that really made me think “wow Woosung you have done it again” was the scene when the music goes into it’s climax and Woosung is surrounded by all those people having the time of their life’s he seems confused at first but let’s himself loose and to our surprise Woosung and the beautiful girl are in the middle. It’s like times has stopped for both of them, like for a couple seconds all they can see is each other and the rest is just a blur. Props to Woosung and his team for creating this amazing music video and of course to marhenj for the amazing collab!

First of all, this was such a delight! I was surprised when I saw the brand during the first part of the MV! What a collab~Alright then, so a DIMPLE is considered a commodity and has been said to be used as bait to entangle a gazing lover. A lot of people are attracted to those who have them and their smiles. Like dimples, an element that is equally rare is Mercury or quicksilver. Woosung's blood is replaced by this unpredictable toxic metal and could alternatively mean that he has tainted feelings he wants to escape from, but can't. The scene that impressed me the most in the MV is when he is holding the fishbowl in the bar. In the beginning, the fishbowl was filled with clear water but suddenly turned into solid-form quicksilver, which could mean he is trying to be cold towards the girl to escape the relationship (mercury can only turn solid in -38°C). You can see him with traces of the girl on his hands while he puts the fishbowl down and goes towards her in a trance.Other notable scenes:The first scene where he looks forlorn also made quite an impression on me. The fishbowl made me start to question things right off the bat.In the end, he still can't escape his feelings for the girl and continues to drown deep in a sea of desire which is shown in the submerged taxi where he and the girl are in.

My favorite part....The best thing I love about it is all the symbols used to represent the unexplainable feeling of falling deep for your first love and that the silver liquid which entrapped him in her dimple was also there in the fish bowl, which could mean that he could still get out of it and move on with his life, just like all of us can also do.My take on the mvMy take on the mv and lyrics is that with Woosung taking a cab thrn walking on those silver liquid, entering into the tunnel meant the start of the love trap. Next,he was brought into another place (the bar/club) meant that that first love was something whimsical (like love making you feel so high) which kinda lead to his hallucinations about that girl. After suddenly waking up from that dream, he instantly knew he had fallen deeper and deeper into the ocean of her dimples that there was no room for escape. Finally, he's accepted that there was no happy ending because "loving you was not the best for me alright yeah." The unexplainable feeling of love has disappered, he still has to move on but the traps of her cheeks will still linger for some time. Overall, dimples is a fresh and new outlook on the magical feeling of being in love.

While watching, i kept on thinking about falling into a well and the feeling of being bathe in moonlight. It really felt like a surreal dream at times, mixed with sharp clear reality. Also, the transitions between scenes were brilliant--they weren't jarring though they spun from mundane to fantastical quickly, and I found they told an interesting story about how fast and explosive your emotions react to someone you're falling in love with. Also, Woosung looks ~ethereal~ with his bright blond white hair and the way the light reflects off him! I've been a Black Rose for a while, and I'm amazed at how versatile his voice is! He really can sing any song he wants. I'm so obsessed with the way he expressively sings "loving you got the best of me now, loving you makes me typical now" while dancing wildly----it truly captures the feeling of falling in love with all your emotions and putting your all into it even if it's unhealthy/intoxicating. My favorite parts have to be whenever the beat picks up and the visuals break into Woosung dancing and jumping in the club. The cherry on top was his cute kick! My favourite part of the mv was the scene where Woosung meets the mystical white fish inside the taxi. It’s as if he’s already fallen into her trap from the beginning, but isn’t realising it until later on. Woosung falls into the silver liquid, and ends up at a crowded partying setting where he is drawn to the girl. He is allured to her beauty and her charming ‘dimples’ are described as a ‘trap’. The pearls and shiny charms that are seen on the girl slowly appears in Woosungs hand and fingertips as the story progresses, signifying that he’s falling deeper into her. At the end, it’s like Woosungs completely fallen into her trap as she is driving him in the taxi underwater. When he falls into the water and sings ‘let me go you’re killing me’ he’s now aware of what he’s gotten himself into, but it’s too late to escape the trap that he’s fallen into. Maybe even the fish bowl at the start signifies that this was all planned by the girl all along and Woosung has fallen into that without realising 🤍🖤❤️

DIMPLES MV REVIEW
Before the release of Dimples MV I thought the tunnel scene would appear on 2:18 - 2:36 sec cause when I first heard the audio version that part really caught my attention. But yeah it's king Woosung so expect the unexpected. I was really shocked that the tunnel scene was shown on the first minute of the mv. Then I noticed how Woosung prounonce every words in the lyrics with emotion on it. Like wow! he just really prove that he's more than just a cursive singer. What amaze me the most was the transition when woosung sang "Let me go, oh please you're killing me" part. I have theory of Dimples before it was released for example the flower on its album cover. It's a 'Protea flower' which symbolizes the beauty that stands out with one of a kind charm and that's probably Dimples. I also read 'near the mouth of the nile river', if we will dig deepen to it and the emoji's that woosung used in his concept photos the river is the sea in the mv and the girl with one of a kind charm is the mermaid. I also notice the fish when woosung was riding the taxi and in the club when woosung was holding the fish bowl with the sand on it, everyone was staring at him but he was fascinated by the dimples of the mermaid. "I'm begging you now girlI'm on my knees won't you just spare me my life" I think the mermaid saved his life and the reason why Woosung is inside the taxi again. Overall DIMPLES mv deserved more recognition. As Woosung said on his twitter mention party you don't need to have a dimples to love DIMPLES. Thank you for another good music Woosung. DIMPLES, A MASTERPIECEMV SCENEThe scene I really like is the last part where Woosung "tumbled into the traps of the girls cheeks." It's because it is a perfect conclusion for the MV and a very nice symbolism for what the lyrics entails. DIMPLES BY WOOSUNG, MY THOUGHTSBeen a fan of the rose and Sammy since idk when, and their discography is just 💯 perfect! Now Dimples is a really great addition to their perfect discography. It's pretty different from the past songs. It has this 80s-90s nostalgic vibe to it which I really like. The Music Video was really fun. Just the right mix of symbolisms and beauty. It does not confuse people who watch it. And of course our man, Woosung made the music video 10,000 times better (no 🧢). The music itself is really pleasing. I listen to it every night since its release. It's just not "music, its art, its an experience. I really hope Sammy keeps on making music! Lyric-wise, it's good! I can relate to it, like for real! Dimples attracts me the most. Like those deep wells can make you/me fall inside it. I can't make much of a review because I really, really, really love this song! I don't want to sound biased, but it really is a masterpiece and I think everyone needs to listen to it.

Dimples Review
First of all, the song for me is one of a kind because a retro music is quite rare nowadays. It brought me to a situation that is very nostalgic. It gives me the experience of what living in the 80's feels like. The sound and the vibe makes everyone groove. Moreover, the whole Dimples MV is extraordinary. The first scene where you could actually see Sammy with the fish bowl already made me question of what is that thing doing there and what is its purpose. With that, I already believed that the music video would be full of visualization and excitement. To be honest, I was more impressesd of the scene where Sammy was underwater. It was so unexpected and before the release, there was never a point that I thought of him doing that. It made the entire production more jaw-dropping. Sammy was swayed by this girl and the ending showed us that Sammy was not able to escape 😊 It felt like he was really captivated by this girl up to the point where he really wanted to get out but wasn't able to do so. While watching the video, i feel like I was on a roller coaster ride starting from the very first second because the concept and the visualization was just superb that you can't even predict what will happen next. No words can explain how brilliant the concept is. Thank you to all the people behind this work of art 💗 Can't wait to hear more of Woosung's ingenious and remarkable songs 😊

I love the colours, the blue car. The way the silver shirt matches the substance. The black shirt and white background. The tunnel with the yellow and red. The hair colour. Also, the yellow cropped blazer and pink trousers ahhhhhhh wow. Then the jewels and white dress. I cannot get enough of the editing either. The dreamy hallucinogenic cuts between the scenes. My favourite part is the underwater scene I think, I wanted to say when the beat drops and it goes to the club scene but the way the audio of the song and the underwater scene goes together is just too satisfying.Also the bag and the bowl idk I’m going to come back to my verdict of the video, I’m still analysing it 🧐🥸 INFATUATION! And curiosity. In the beginning scene WOOSUNG looks down at the bowl, wondering what it is, then in the club scene the bowl is bigger and he’s holding onto it and observing it and loving it and also the index finger seems to be dipped into it. Then it’s represented by the jewels which are also on the lovely lady. It’s like he brought her into reality from staring into the bowl. He’s entranced by it, her, the dimples? Also she disappears and they keep missing each other. WOOSUNG looks around, confused but she reappears. Is he hallucinating? Or is she leaving and returning, having fun with it. She’s always smiling in a sly manner, showing her dimples, she knows the power she holds. In the beginning there is a little ghost at the side of the window, also the side of the substance. The camera pans into the substance and WOOSUNG is in the party. I’m not sure what the substance is by it is definitely linked to her. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I really wanted to give it a go and just have fun with it so thank you so much for the opportunity, it was a great experience and I hope it kickstarts me trying new and different things even when I’m nervous. You’re doing an amazing job!! When I get money I really want to buy from here, I cant wait!

MV Review
Firstly, I would like to share a small review about what I feel the storyline is. She seems to be a mermaid and he got mesmerised by her charms - Dimples - and can't understand what's real or not anymore. He understands something is off, but being next to her, in that "enchanted" world seems to be better than to be in the reality. You can see that every time she is in the frame, he's getting so hyped, having so much fun. I'm just wondering if he indeed tried to become a tryton - as he has the same decorations on the hands, wears silver and his footprints are silver too - to stay with her - just as the siren of Disney wanted to become human because of love.And if you think about it, this might happen to everyone. And not only with a person, it can happen with things too. Like when you are starstrucked by something: might be music, a book, an animal, a movie, an art exhibition, something you saw happening in front of your eyes. And it might be a good thing and a bad thing at the same time. It might make you grow, make you happier, healthier - mentally and physically -, it can give you a new purpose, a new goal. But it can also seem something positive at the beginning, but make you crumble slowly, so slowly that you realise it when it's almost too late. And it goes both with people and things. Cause at the end of the day it's all about feelings. As for the mv review, I do love every single scene of the MV but I might say my favourite one is the tunnel's. The way he tries to get up, all dressed up as if he was going to something important and fancy (or coming back from it), the way his feet are stucked, how it seems like a heavy weight is trying to pull him back to the ground again, how he look around bewildered, how you can clearly see in his eyes that he doesn't understand what's going on, where he is, why he is there, what happened.. When I saw the mv for the first time that scene hit me strongly. Both for his acting - good job our gardener and pack leader! - and the way it made feel. Those emotions truly resonated with me. I felt them in my bones, in my stomach. In my heart. And it made me think about life,- how things are so unpredictable, how one moment you're the happiest ever and the second after you're breaking down (or viceversa), how it's all a matter of seconds. How we should grasp any chance - carpe diem, latins said -, have no regret, but always keeping an eye on ourselves, on our true selves. And those emotions got amplified on the underwater scenes. It made me think about a lecture I went to once, there was this person on wheelchair who started the lecture snapping his fingers: once at his head height, another once at his knees' heights - "a second, that's all you need to completely change, twist your life. A second. A mere snapping of hands". I know the song is upbeat, funny, and it makes you wanna dance, shout, sing along. But on the other side, the MV, made me reflect. Dimples MV Review
The entire music video was so beautifully done, it gave this mystical feel to the music and really made it a whole experience. If I had to pick a certain part I’d say the scene when he picks up the silver fish bowl and slams it down and everyone stops and stares at him. Then you see the lead actress looking back at him flashing her dimples while under a spotlight. It’s like the climax of a film and it made you wonder what would happen next!

With no doubt the whole mv is pleasing and eye catching but my favorite scene from Dimples is towards the end. Woosung gets teleported into a place that seems like a bar, he’s having fun but suddenly this light focuses on the beautiful girl with dimples and he decides to follow her. Dimple MV Review
You gotta love the whole party sequence of the MV. I didn't see much of it at first but by the third time watching the MV, it was like I was in a trance. It feels like you're in the fishbowl or even the dimples which Woosung describes. The whole thing is so very meta and trippy! And then Woosung starts to take on this underwater creature aesthetic - as though he's trapped in a transformation due to the mysterious girl. Very cool visual work by Woosung and Zany Bros to bring out the colourful palette of the song <3
