A very good quality bag that holds a lot. I can fit my Nintendo Switch, iPad Pro, and some language books with room to spare! The bag is also comfortable to wear even while carrying a lot. Will definitely be using this if I need to go anywhere with a lot of stuff.

I had a big delivery problem in France (due to the coronavirus) and the support team provided great help a solution. I think in a few months I will buy another bag again :)thx!

Roy Mini - sturdy, quality bag
Have just received my Roy Mini bag! The canvas is nice and sturdy, the handles are comfortable to grip, and the shoulder strap distributes weight comfortably. The Roy Mini is a good size that can hold what you might need for a longer trip out of the house, but not so big that you're tempted to just shove everything inside.My only complaint is that I wish the closing flap were longer, so it was easier to close the bag when it is even somewhat full. The fact that everything fit in the bag with room to spare, but then I had to squeeze the top with some effort to actually get the flap over, I feel could be improved upon.Nevertheless, I like how the bag is structured and that it doesn't just flop if it's not filled. Hope I'll be able to go outside soon so that I can properly use it, but carrying it around my home, I have been enjoying the bag and how it looks.

The color is also a little duller than what I saw on my screen.The material seems sturdier than most other canvas bags, but I do not know if I would get it for the full price. I think I can get better leather or leather-like bags for better price in the US.Shipping took a little too long. I guess Corona virus is to blame for that. All in all, good product but a little disappointing.

Hi, I made my order on the 30 April 2020, why is it only being sent out on 19May?This is ridiculously late in despatching good. Normally this should be the time I received the bag in Australia, not the time you shipped from your shop.In your website mentioned , shipping time is 5 to 10 days. What have you done to my order since I made payment on the 30Apr until today 19May. I can fully understand if the delivery been delayed due to the Virus, but it was not, it has not been shipped at all until 19 days later.
